A certificate valid for 2 years.
A personal handbook.

A free reminder when your certificates are about to expire.
If you have any particular requirements such as epi-pen or defibrillator training, we can tailor our training to suit your needs – just ask.

The DoE for Early Years states:-

“All staff involved in preparing and handling food must receive training in food hygiene”

Course Content:

Understanding the importance of good food hygiene practices
The importance of key food hygiene legislation
Food safety hazards and their controls
Understanding the importance of effective cleaning and personal hygiene
Learn essential skills and knowledge to prevent food poisoning
